FAQ Q: I am a student can you help? A: Yes, we have a number of student properties from group lets to individual room lets.
Q: What is the minimum contract? A: Usually it is 6 months, however we have a large number of properties on our database and some are available for short term rental. We also have long term lets for those that don't like moving.
Q: How much do you charge? A: We charge NO FEE's or Commission. We charge the landlord a fixed price for administration charges in helping them find a suitable tenants for their properties.
Q: Do you have pictures? A: Yes we do, we try and update pictures of the property in question online as soon as possible. We believe tenants should be able to view the property online prior to arranging a viewing. This ensures that neither the landlord or the tenants time is wasted showing uninterested parties around.
Q: Is my deposit protected A: Yes, all deposit paid is protected by a government protection scheme. Details of the scheme will be provided within 14days of payment of the deposit to the landlord. www.depositprotection.com
